Fillet of Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) from Norwegian aquaculture, cold-smoked over beech wood, already sliced.

Cold smoking does not cook the fish: the meat stays soft and juicy and takes only the aroma from the smoke.

Best served on bread and butter, with crème fraîche and capers, in a salad or with eggs.

The same salmon, lightly salted, is sold alongside.

Sold frozen, vacuum-packed. After thawing, keep refrigerated at 0 to +6 °C.
