Shipping and Payment
Caviar and seafood delicacies are chilled foods. We keep them cold the whole way to you — otherwise there would be no point in sending them at all.

Which method is available for your address is shown at checkout once you enter your postcode. We offer the courier in Prague and the surrounding area for Prague postcodes and selected nearby municipalities, and chilled delivery according to the carrier's route schedule for your region.
When it will arrive
Orders received by 12:00 on a working day are handed over to the carrier the same day; later orders the next working day. The date you see at checkout is therefore the earliest possible date, not a guaranteed one: within the Czech Republic the carrier guarantees delivery within three working days of collecting the shipment, and delivery days vary from region to region.
In Prague and the surrounding area the courier delivers in time windows of 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00, Monday to Saturday. An order received by 11:00 is delivered the same morning, by 15:00 the same afternoon, and later orders the next morning (Saturday orders on Monday). Payment
- By bank transfer. After you place your order, you will receive a payment request with a QR code, account number and variable symbol. We reserve the goods for you until the payment request is due; if it is not paid by then, we cancel the order and release the reservation.
We do not yet offer card payment. As soon as we enable it, it will appear at checkout automatically.
Prices and VAT
All prices in the shop are stated inclusive of VAT. The delivery charge is stated separately and is added to the price of the goods. The tax invoice for a paid order is issued in Czech and in Czech crowns; we send it by e-mail.
Loyalty points
For the goods you purchase we credit you with loyalty points worth 2 % of the price of the goods excluding delivery. The points are credited once the order is completed, are valid for 12 months and you can redeem them yourself at any time in the cart — we never use them on your behalf. Points cannot be redeemed for more than half the price of the goods and cannot be used to pay for delivery.
