About Us

Kaviár Dům is a Prague shop selling caviar and seafood delicacies. It is run by Radevič & co s.r.o., a company that has long been engaged in supplying fish specialities — this shop is its retail side.

Why chilled

Caviar is not a long-life food. It loses its flavour not with age but with heat: a few hours in the warm are enough for the roe to go soft. That is why, within Prague and its surroundings, we deliver in a chilled box by courier or in our own refrigerated van, and to the rest of the country we ship in an insulated box with a cooling insert and deliver on the delivery day for your area.

What we sell

Sturgeon caviar, salmon and other fish roe, smoked and frozen fish specialities. For every product we state its origin, weight and use-by date; the catalogue shows what is currently in stock.

Mother-of-pearl spoon

We include a mother-of-pearl spoon with caviar. It is not an extra gift — metal alters the taste of caviar, and mother-of-pearl is the cheapest way to prevent that.
