Marinated mackerel steaks in an oil dressing with dried vegetables (12%): sweet paprika, carrot, parsnip, onion and leek. The marinade is spirit vinegar with salt, sugar, bay leaf and black pepper; the dressing is based on rapeseed oil. The bucket is 64% fish.

2.5 kg is the weight without the dressing; with the dressing and bucket it is 3.2 kg.

The steaks are ready to serve: with boiled potatoes, on rye bread, with beer.
