Shelled mussel meat in a vinegar marinade with rapeseed oil and dried vegetables: paprika, carrot, parsnip, onion and leek. The bucket is 80% mussels.

2.5 kg is the weight of the mussels without the dressing; with the dressing and bucket it is 3.2 kg.

The mussels are ready to serve: with beer, in a salad, in pasta or on toast.

Store at 0 to +7 °C.
