Blue mussels (Mytilus edulis) farmed in Chile, marinated, in a dressing of soy sauce, spirit vinegar and rapeseed oil with dried herbs; topped with sliced lemon. The bucket is 80% mussels.

2.5 kg is the weight of the mussels without the dressing; with the dressing and bucket it is 3.4 kg.

The mussels are ready to serve: with beer, in a salad, in pasta or on toast.
