Gorbusha, or pink salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha), is a wild salmon from Alaskan waters. Its grains are small, firm and bright orange.
Zarendom is a German brand from Berlin, and Premium Gold is one of its top lines. According to the producer, the roe for it is selected separately and the caviar is salted by hand. There is little salt, and the aroma is light and of the sea.
A 200 g jar — for when 100 g is not enough.
Best served chilled: with blini, on toast or a baguette with butter, with crème fraîche, or with eggs Benedict.
