Gorbusha, or pink salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha), is a wild salmon from Alaskan waters. For Zarendom, a Berlin brand, this is the Classic line — caviar not for special occasions but for every day: the mild taste you expect from gorbusha, small firm grains.

The can is tin, 250 g, with a plastic lid on top — handy for closing the can once it is open. The product is certified kosher.

Best served chilled: with blini, on toast or a baguette with butter, with crème fraîche, or with eggs Benedict.

Store at 0 to +4 °C.
