Tails of the narrow-clawed crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus) — the same species as the whole "Právě ti" crayfish. Only here the shell is already off: the pack holds nothing but meat, with nothing to pick apart.
The tails are cooked, pasteurised and packed in brine. 250 g is the net weight of the meat, without brine; with brine and packaging it is 500 g.
Best served chilled: in a salad, on a sandwich with dill, in pasta or in an omelette.
